Medical records access

Presently, the process for accessing medical charts remains the same as it has been since January 1, 2023: requests and required releases are handled via email.

The practice maintains access to medical records for six years (longer if you saw Dr. Asher as a minor).

As you can imagine there are a tremendous number of details for the family to attend to at this time, we ask for your patience. If you do not receive a response in what you consider an appropriate amount of time, please resend your request.

We will be slowly winding down or transferring aspects of the practice over the course of 2024. If the medical records request process changes, we will update this web page as well as send out notification.
